As well as holding our AGM on Thursday, we will be holding our bake sale (aka the annual cake-based dinner!)![]()

This year’s bake sale will be raising money for Oxford Community Emergency Foodbank.![]()

🧑🍳 Bakers: Please bake some delicious goodies to donate to the sale! Cookies, cupcakes, sponge cakes, loaf cakes… even savoury items if it’s your signature dish!![]()

👥 Non-bakers: please bring cash or card and Tupperware (or similar non-brand container 😉) to take away the homemade treats!![]()

Although the gesture is nice, please don’t bring shop-bought cakes. We’d rather you spend the money buying homemade cakes baked for the fundraiser 😋 ![]()

Do you know OCS is a registered charity? As such, we have to have an AGM (Annual General Meeting), which is set for next week (26th March).![]()

All choir members are invited to attend this meeting where they can learn about what happens behind the scenes, ask questions and have a say in how the choir is run.![]()

Oh… and it coincides with the annual bake sale 😜 ![]()

This week will be our last ‘usual’ rehearsal until 16th April. Next week (26th March) will be our AGM (more detail on that coming in future posts!) then we have a two week Easter break.![]()

Members are encouraged to attend the AGM to hear feedback about the choir and have a chance to raise any thoughts or ideas for the choir too.![]()
