On 4th September we start back for our autumn term - or what I like to refer to as “Christmas term”! Don’t worry, we won’t be starting to practice Christmas songs in September! 😆![]()

Oxford City Singers rehearse weekly on a Thursday evening right in the city centre, at St Michael at the North Gate on Cornmarket Street.![]()

Our music ranges from pop and rock to musicals and jazz - there really is something for everyone!![]()

Although we are on our summer break now, we start back in three weeks and we would love to see some new faces joining our singers.![]()

🎼QUICK FACTS🎼![]()
• Rehearsals are £5 per week (pay on the door).![]()
• There is no need to commit to the whole term - just pay-as-you-go.![]()
• You do NOT need to audition to join our choir, nor do you have to be able to read music. A love of music and singing is sufficient ☺️![]()
• Rehearsals start at 7pm and end at 8:30pm.![]()
• Each week we have around 80 members across our basses, tenors, altos and sopranos.![]()

🎵 No sight-reading: of course, those who can read music are equally welcome! But it’s not a requirement, our brilliant Choir Director Jenny guides each part through each part!![]()

🎵 No commitment: it’s just £5 per rehearsal - no need to pre-pay for an entire term. There is also no obligation to perform at the end of term concert.![]()
